Shortly after transitioning from the old Wilmington Bull City Ciderworks location to a whole new brand and concept, Tides Taproom decided it needed some professional help when it came to their social media marketing efforts to help get their new name out and attract patrons to the new concept. They came to us in the Summer of 2025 for social media strategy and content creation to help them do just that - so we hit the ground running!

On top of building the brand, and using consistency when it came to fonts, colors, and styles, our social media strategy combined highlighting their new beverage company, making Tides Taproom an extension of it as the place to "share the moment" together, and creating exciting weekly events to draw people in, we were able to create fun, branded content that drove engagement and brought more customers through the doors, all the while promoting their new beverages. On top of content that resonated, we relied on a precise mix of organic social media and paid social media to increase reach and grow brand recognition. The results speak for themselves.
In just our first 3 months on the job, we helped take Tides Taproom from from 6,700 followers (Instagram) & 320 followers (Facebook) to over 7,200 and 730 followers, respectfully. Through our content creation and strong social media strategy, we were able to increase their Instagram reach 91% over the previous 3 month period (from 16.8k to 33.2k), views 132.2% (from 115k to 268.6k), and content interactions 106% (from 2k to 4.3k). While using social media strategy to grow accounts is exciting, translating it to sales is even better! Our efforts helped boost Tides Taproom's patronage and sales, resulting in an average increase of 18.5% month over month in our first 3 months.
